Take Revenge on Your Mean Landlord

Mean landlords are a common event in big cities, like London. They always try to take more money from their tenants, and never repair any leaks and other damages in the property, which is one of their main obligations. Renters on the other hand, don't have the courage to argue with them, so not to lose their homes. As you probably know the law is on the side of the property owner in most cases. There is a very easy way to get it back on your landlord, though, and I'm going to share it with you.

Here is a simple way to take revenge on your host. One of the tenancy cleaners in London shared it with me.
  • You need a shrimp or small fish. If you want you can use a few of them.
  • Clean your rented property very well. I recommend that you hire a professional cleaner to freshen it up for you, as there don't have to be any stains, dirt, bad odours or grime in the property.
  • Take your choice of sea food and hide in some kitchen cabinet, or beneath the refrigerator, or somewhere else. You have to do this, right before your landlord comes to check his place and to give you your deposit back. He will see a spotless property, and won't notice the surprise you left him, but when he comes the next time, the place will smell of dead fish – this is the most awful stench according to end of tenancy cleaning London specialists. Very few people know how to manage it on their own, most Londoners pay for professional cleaning services when they face this problem.

This will be your sweetest revenge. There is no need of breaking something in the property, or beating your landlord, or doing anything else illegal to take revenge on him. This will only cost you money and cause you more trouble.
